1. Returns
We offer a 14-day return policy. You have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it
- Have all original tags attached
- Be returned in its original packaging
- Be accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Innerwear and hygiene-sensitive products
- Custom-made or personalized items
- Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”
- Gift cards (if applicable)
3. How to Initiate a Return
To request a return, please contact us at contact@montivix.com within the 14-day return period.
Please include your order number and reason for return. If your return is approved, we will provide you with return instructions.
Items sent back without prior approval may not be accepted.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note:
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
- Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are non-refundable
- Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider
5. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need an exchange, please contact us at contact@montivix.com.
6. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.
7. European Union – Right of Withdrawal
If you are a customer located in the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without providing any reason, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.
The withdrawal period will expire 14 days after the day you receive your goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by contacting us at contact@montivix.com before the withdrawal period expires.
You must return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date you notify us of withdrawal.
8. Delayed or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund:
- First, check your bank account again
- Then contact your credit card provider or bank, as processing times may vary
